It’s no surprise that I’m writing about pieces from Zara. I’m obsessed. Although the prices range from low to high, I’ve always appreciated the store’s quality of clothing.
Now, Zara has always been a great place to find unique items such as that tulle tiered skirt or that unique one of a kind bag (see my geometric tote). However, recently, I’m appreciating their basics more and more.
I’ve found 3 Zara basics that you need in your closet asap. These are pieces that are worth investing in and will have staying power for seasons to come.
The Button-up
On a recent shopping trip to LA, I was in the downtown location, and I found the white button-up of my dreams. I know, sounds extremely dramatic, but I kid you not, this shirt is incredible.
The fit and flowy fabric, make the price point of $60 completely worth it. So I couldn’t resist. Yes, I know that sounds like a lot, but I knew I wouldn’t find a shirt of this quality and style for a while. So I bought one in white and one in black.
The Halter Bodysuit
I’m traditionally not a fan of bodysuits (mostly because I have a long torso), but these Zara halter bodysuits fit exceptionally well. These basic tops are perfect worn on their own with a pair of jeans or under a blazer. I bought these bodysuits in all 3 colors (beige, black, and white). Priced at $20, you can’t go wrong. I recently posted me wearing the beige on my Instagram feed (here).
The Blazer
Now, I don’t own this item, but it’s on my list. My sister bought this blazer (on that same shopping trip in LA), and the fit was incredible. Everyone needs a basic black blazer in their closet. The price is $89, but this blazer should be with you for years.
Closing Statement
I’ve never been disappointed with the quality at Zara, so these pieces, although pricey, should be able to be worn for years. So if you buy 3 things this season, this would be my recommendation.
