You guys, my dentist is going to love me! Why you might be wondering? Well, my beautiful babes, I’ve been testing out the cariPro electric toothbrush from Smile Brilliant; and it’s incredible.
If you all don’t remember, I had amazing results with the Smile Brilliant teeth whitening product (see post here and here). So when they asked me to try their new electric toothbrush, I jumped at the opportunity.
Now, I’ve been paying way more attention to the health of my teeth for the past couple of years. The majority of my life, I’ve only used manual brushes with a couple of exceptions. To me, adding the cariPro electric toothbrush is the next step in my oral health.
What makes this toothbrush stand out is that there are five settings on the brush (clean, white, massage, gum care, and sensitive). I’ve used all five modes, but my favorite is sensitive.
My Oral Care Routine (2x/day)
- I start by brushing my teeth with toothpaste and the cariPro electric toothbrush
- Following the brush, I use my water-pick flosser
- For in-between those teeth that are super close together, I will use dental floss
- After, I rinse with mouthwash
- Then I will brush again with the cariPro brush on the gum care setting (FYI, gum care is suuuuuper necessary)
