For the past couple of years, I have been in love with Faux Fur jackets. I bought a beautiful beige faux fur last year that I adore. I’ve worn it mostly at night when I wanted a glamorous look (nailed it). When purchasing my first faux jacket, I loved it so much. Therefore, I had to buy two more (of course).
I desperately wanted one of those jackets to be leopard print faux fur. I was searching for the perfect leopard print jacket for years, and I finally found one that I loved. These jackets are phenomenal! I wear my faux fur jacket at night to add an extra bit of glam to any outfit. I’m also really into wearing faux fur jackets during the day for a more casual look. When I pair the jacket with jeans and sneakers, it makes for a fun (yet fabulous) outfit.
For this post, I show a simple way to transition the outfit and jacket from day to night. I’m wearing my new-ish faux leopard print jacket. I have on a cute mock neck black crop top (loving the mock and turtlenecks these days, btw) and my high-waisted Levis. In order to get a more casual look, I paired the outfit with velvet slip-on sneakers and a burgundy knit hat. I love this look on my weekends when I am going to brunch, having tea with friends, seeing a movie, shopping, or any daytime gathering. The leopard faux fur jacket adds a bit of life and excitement to your traditional casual outfits.
For an evening look, I swapped out the velvet sneakers for a pair of suede heeled sandals (black pumps or booties would work also). I have accessorized with a velvet clutch so that it adds a pop of color. This outfit is perfect for the happy hours, dining out, in addition to those evenings you just want to wear a leopard faux fur jacket for a little flare. These looks comprised of a minor swap of a few accessories, but the results are like night and day (pun intended).
