Okay, so my hat obsession is not actually a secret. And I’m confident that it’s pretty apparent by now, especially if you follow my blog or social media. However, I’m here to share it with you anyways. In history, hats were just part of your outfit and worn daily. I’m not sure when that changed, but we wear them less frequently. Should we bring that back?
There’s something about adding a hat to your outfit, which shows that you have style. It makes your style look put together and next level chic. So why don’t people wear more hats? Well, I have my theory. I think that wearing a hat requires a level of confidence with your style. It might be intimidating at first, but trust me, it’s just like riding a bike. Well, that analogy didn’t work, but you get the picture.
For today’s post, I wanted to share some of my favorite hats for summer and transitioning into fall. I know you’re not ready to hear the “F” word yet, but it’s right around the corner (“F” word meaning fall, ha). At this point in the year, I’m buying very few summer items and starting to invest in fall.

Transition to Fall Hats
Notice that in my picks, there were still the traditional straw hats but I’ve added a few felt and leather as well. The felt and leather styles you start incorporating into your wardrobe for the transition to fall. If you still feel uncomfortable wearing them since it’s still summer, try adding them to your “outfit of the night” looks.
PS. All the pieces in my pictures are sold out. Here are some similar items.
