Another weekday wardrobe is coming at you. As we enter the last 30 days of the summer season, the weather is getting hot in Central California. I’m talking warmer than it’s been all summer.
One thing to note is that I’m growing my short hair out. My goal is to get my bob style hair back. You wouldn’t think that takes too long, but let me tell you, it’s taking forever. What does this have to do with my weekday outfits?
Well, I’m having a lot of bad hair days. So that means I’m wearing a lot of hair scarves and headbands. It’s the only way to get through these awkward hair stages.
Monday
I did a lot of cleaning and tidying my house on Monday. So I needed a wardrobe that was conducive to those activities. I’m wearing a cropped t-shirt and a pair of bike shorts. Typically, my weekend rotation, but it was perfect this Monday. I’m wearing a pair of checkered Vans and a bandana.

Tuesday
This Tuesday, I really wanted to wear pants, but loose flowy pants, so I’m wearing my go-to pair. I added a cropped basic tank, a hair scarf, and wedges. Did you think I was kidding when I said that I’m using scarves to manage my bad hair days?!?

Wednesday
Wednesday, I’m going to be real honest. I didn’t get dressed until the afternoon. However, when I did, I through on this comfortable chambray dress paired with a hair scarf, and a pair of straw wedges. This outfit is a repeat look for my weekday outfit rotations (see here).

Thursday
It was surprisingly a rainy but hot day, so I stayed at home for the day. So I’m going for a look that is comfy but also put together. I have these amazing knit lounge/palazzo pants that are very easy to wear. For a top, I have a cute cami tank and a chambray shirt tied in a knot. My accessories include wedges and simple gold jewelry.

Friday
It’s a sweltering day, and to make matters worse, I’m going to be packing my house up all day. So I’m wearing a cropped athletic tank, denim shorts, a bandana, and a pair of slides. This outfit is all business and functionality.

Closing Statement
I had some outfit repeats, and I’m managing to tackle growing out this short hair. Most of my looks were functional this week for movement, errands, moving, and to combat this crazy heat.
