I finally got to incorporate sweaters into my weekday wardrobe. Of course, I’m mostly wearing them with warm weather pieces, but it still counts. In California, cloudy days yet still a little warm, so if anything, I’m still in the summer to fall transition with my wardrobe.
Monday
Today, I’m wearing my favorite pair of jeans, which are these loose fit 90s skater style. I have a cropped plain white tank with a long cardigan and a pair of wedges. For accessories, I have a pair of gold hoops.

Tuesday
This Tuesday, I’m wearing a Star Wars graphic t-shirt and a white denim skirt. Yes, it’s perfectly okay to wear white; the fashion gods give you permission. Over the t-shirt, I have a chambray button-up that I left open—all with a pair of platform Converse sneakers.

Wednesday
It was very cloudy in the morning, so I have on a lightweight sweater with these amazing side slits, a pair of distressed denim jeans, and the same wedges as Monday. For accessories, I have on a hair scarf and a statement necklace.

Thursday
It was another cool morning, so I added this hooded sweater over a henley tank. The sweater did come off in the afternoon when it started warming up. I’m wearing another pair of distressed denim jeans and a pair of classic sneakers. For accessories, I have on a headband.

Friday
It’s finally Friday! Today, I’m wearing a lightweight sweater from Everlane and a pair of white denim shorts. I have a hair scarf and a pair of flat mules. If you’re looking for a good transition look, this is a good one to replicate.

Closing Statement
Overall, a good summer to fall transition week for my daily outfits. If I can’t have fall weather, I do appreciate incorporating fall pieces into my weekly rotation.
