Are you ready for another Weekday Wardrobe? Well, ready or not, it’s here. This week was a mix of rain and sunshine in Southern California. So I wore a mix of cold weather and easy-wear clothes. I think the heater in my apartment actually came on this week. It doesn’t get much colder than this in So Cal.
Monday
Today, I’m wearing a lounge look. I have on a turtleneck sweatshirt, leggings, and boots. Pretty simple and easy. The tortoise hoops add a chic element, which makes the whole outfit look dressier. (this top is seen in a two-piece set here)

Tuesday
Today was a day for jeans, but I also want to incorporate layering into my outfit. I’m wearing a classic white button-up layered under a beige sweater with jeans and boots.

Wednesday
I really want my outfit today to be easy-wear. I’m feeling a bit sleepy today, so it’s been a slow starting day. I’m wearing a black crop top with leggings, a denim shirt jacket, and a pair of boots. It’s an effortless look but also looks purposeful. (the shirt jacket styled with a dress, here)

Thursday
Although I’m still feeling sluggish today, I want to wear jeans. So I’m going for a very casual look. I’m wearing a plaid shirt tied in a front knot, jeans, and my platform converse. I also don’t want to mess with my hair today, so I’m opting for a beanie.

Friday
It’s a rainy day, and it might be the last one on the forecast, so I’m wearing my chunkiest knit. I was going to wear matte leggings, but I want a bit dressier vibe. So I’m going for my faux leather leggings from Spanx (the best leggings ever). I also have on the boots that I’ve been wearing for most of the week.

Closing Statement
My week started strong, but I was exhausted by mid-week. So my outfits were more on the comfortable side. Some weeks are just like that. Also, I wore the same pair of black boots three times this week, mostly because of the rain, and they’re my only pair of flat(ish) boots.
